In this show, Sergi Polo talks about moving from Barcelona to the UK, learning English by doing stand-up comedy, and trying to build a life in a country that doesn’t really feel like home (yet). It’s about immigration, language mistakes, culture shock, and all the awkward moments that come with starting over somewhere new — told honestly, simply, and with a lot of laughs.

Sergi Polo is an award-winning comedian from Barcelona who somehow turned overthinking, daily chaos, and growing up surrounded by tourists into a career. His comedy is based on real life, bad decisions, cultural quirks, and the weird stuff people do when they think it’s normal. With a relaxed style, sharp observations, and a very Barcelona sense of humor, Sergi delivers comedy that feels honest, relatable, and dangerously familiar. He’s performed on TV, picked up a few awards along the way, and continues to prove that complaining creatively can actually be productive.
