Andrew Maxwell

Andrew Maxwell is one of the most compelling and politically astute stand-ups of his generation, renowned for his fearless, intelligent comedy and effortless stage presence. A firm favourite on British television, he has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, QI and Have I Got News For You, as well as reaching a whole new audience on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! (ITV). He is also widely recognised as the iconic voice of MTV’s Ex on the Beach and winner of Celebrity Mastermind.
A seasoned international performer, Andrew has sold out multiple runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and performed at some of the world’s most prestigious comedy events, including Montreal’s Just For Laughs, the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Las Vegas, Glastonbury, and Kilkenny’s Cat Laughs. He has also appeared at The Secret Policeman’s Ballalongside comedy legends including Eddie Izzard and Dylan Moran.

On radio, he is a regular voice on BBC Radio 4, with numerous series and guest appearances to his name. His stand-up specials and live tours have cemented his reputation as a master craftsman, blending razor-sharp wit with insightful, often provocative material.
A founder of the Altitude Comedy Festival in the Alps, Andrew remains at the heart of the international comedy circuit.
