What is Comedy Club Haug?
Comedy Club Haug is a dedicated stand-up comedy club and event venue.

How to get to Comedy Club Haug
You will find our on the Boompjeskade, directly at the waterfront. The entrance is located at the side of the club, in the tunnel.

Is there parking space nearby?
Yes, there are a limited number of spaces in the tunnel next to us. There is also a parking garage 6 minutes walk from the club. Parking garage De Boompjes, Terwenakker 18, 3011 XS Rotterdam.

How do I get tickets to a show?
We recommend ordering tickets online through our website, www.comedyclubhaug.com.
You can also buy tickets at the door, but chances are the show is sold out.

I am coming with a group.
We welcome everyone to our shows, but unfortunately groups of more than four (in our Corner/Bar room) or six (Mainroom) people are not welcome. Even if it is often unintentional, groups have too much influence on the atmosphere of the evening. Group tickets cannot be combined either. If you want to come with more than four or six people, please let us know in advance by contacting info@clubhaug.com.

What are the club's opening hours?
There are many shows per week. We are open at least three hours before a show starts. The Try-Out show on Monday opens at 19:00. Check the agenda for details.

Does the club have air conditioning?
Yes, all three of our rooms have air conditioning.

How do I apply for the Open-Mic?
Currently we are transforming our English Open Mic nights. Check this page for any updates.

Do you also sell food?
Sure we do! We have a wide range of snacks. Hot, cold, veggie and vegan. Snacks are not included in the ticket price. We do not offer full meals, but there are plenty of options in the vicinity of the club to eat something before the show.

Is there a drink minimum?
No.

Is there table service?
Absolutely! We'll bring you a new drink without you having to get up from your seat. Just scan the QR code on the back of your table number and order with your phone. How easy do you want it to be?

What is your cancellation policy?
Once a payment order has been made, the online purchase is final. Purchased tickets cannot be taken back, even in case of force majeure. Perhaps you can do someone else a favor with it. When an event is canceled by us for any reason, refunds are possible.

Is there a mandatory checkroom?
Yes. For both our and your safety, we would like coats to be hung in our cloakroom. The chairs are close together with glassware on small tables and we would like to serve you at the tables. There are cameras in the building and also in the cloakroom. There are also lockers where you can leave your coat for a deposit of 10 euros. The management is furthermore not liable for your belongings.

Is there an age restriction?
Visitors must be 18 to drink alcohol. Also, most shows are intended for adult audiences unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for the content of any show.

Can performances be photographed, recorded and/or may quotes being used?
Quoting, filming or other recordings of (parts of) a show is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the artist or club. Anyone caught making and distributing recordings without permission will be removed from the venue and legal action will be taken.

Is there still room once the show has started?
If you arrive too late, we can no longer guarantee whether there is still room. So be on time!
The MC/comedian will definitely notice you and chances are you will become the center of attention. You can still enter, but it is disturbing for both artist and audience. Our staff will guide you upon entry, you will also have to wait for a moment when the MC is speaking.

How can I pay?
We only accept pin: Visa, Bancontact, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro.

Is Comedy Club Haug wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are a wheelchair accessible location. You can enter the ground floor with a wheelchair. The Corner and part of the Main Room are accessed via two steps.
If desired, a driving plate can be used, the specs are 70x240 Load capacity up to 250 kg
