Younis Dhaher

Younis Dhaher is an Iraqi-born, Chicago-based comedian, storyteller, artist, and writer. Born in Baghdad and raised in the Midwest, he builds work from his immigrant story, childhood upbringing and family life. He has appeared at the Netflix Is A Joke Festival and has featured for Russell Peters, Sammy Obeid, Maz Jobrani and many others. Younis tours globally, bringing his unique blend of Middle Eastern heritage and Midwest upbringing to stages worldwide.
