Desiree Burch

Desiree Burch is a critically acclaimed, American comedian, writer, solo performer, devised theatre-maker and incredibly versatile voice over actress. Since moving to London in 2014, Desiree has won the Funny Women Stage Award and a Fringe First Award, and has established herself as a household name – making frequent appearances across the UK’s most prominent entertainment platforms. For BBC Radio 4, Desiree has been a series regular on ‘The News Quiz’, ‘The Now Show’, ‘It’s Not What You Know’, ‘Elephant in the Room’ and 'Just a Minute', as well as having a guest role in the radio sitcom ‘Phil Ellis is Trying’. She has appeared numerous times on the hit podcast ‘The Guilty Feminist’ as a co-host and featured guest. Other notable podcast appearances include The Adam Buxton Podcast, The Richard Herring Leicester Square Podcast, 'Films to Be Buried With', as well as the Amazon Limited Series 'Escape: The Underground Railroad Podcast'. Desiree also played Pamela Winchell on the recordings and live tours of the podcast ‘Welcome to Night Vale’.  Desiree is best known as the unmistakable voice and narrator of Netflix smash ‘Too Hot to Handle’. Her voice acting skills have also been featured in 'Superhero Kindergarten', 'Warhammer', 'Slug Riot' and more.
